Sant Miquel – Vallromanes

Sant Miquel is a restaurant with a familiar and traditional flavor.

At the beginning of the last century (1925), the Rabassa family began to prepare food to order from the people of Vallromanes, who knew about the good cooking that Grandma Maria did.

In 1969, the next generation of family members founded what is currently the restaurant, with Grandma Longina, Grandpa Miquel, and their daughter Purita, at the helm, continuing the traditional recipes and ways of cooking.

For its part, the last generation – Josep Maria, maître, and his wife Margarita, chef – have introduced the current cuisine, daring but maintaining the quality of the raw materials with great care in the preparation of the dishes. All this complemented by a splendid wine cellar in which the wine list has been awarded as one of the best in Catalonia.
