Celler de les Aus (“Birds cellar”) is a project of Pujol-Busquets family that vegan began in 2006 with the production of the first sulfite-free cava. As a tribute to those who put the soundtrack to their vineyards, the natural wines and cavas of Celler de les Aus are named after the birds that live in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park.
The Pujol-Busquets Guillén family continues its pursuit of offering natural wines and cavas made with low intervention and without added sulfites. It’s a young winery full of experience, with a burning desire to improve and a deep appreciation for exceptional work.
Celler de les Aus and Alta Alella have a Wine Tourism Centerset in the midst of the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, amongst the vineyards and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This exclusive space is open for individuals, groups or business tourism, with scheduled activities and personalized wine tourism.
